STAYING IN THE KNOW

The restoration industry is a very dynamic industry. New technology and processes are being developed at all times. We stay on top of trends to deliver excellent, up-to-date technology. Our staff is trained on to not only be experts in our industry but to stay on top of training and certifications of the new processes. 

We proudly process all of our hard contents with the Fireline Cleaning System, process our soft contents in the Esporta Washing System, and use ProKure for all mold, bio, and other contaminate needs.

CARING FOR OUR COMMUNITY

We are actively involved in many local organizations, where we work hand-in-hand to better our community. We are members of Germantown Chamber of Commerce, BOMA, cityCurrent, Memphis Civitan Club, PIA, Andy Wise – Wise Choices and IREM. We also actively volunteer with Memphis Refuge and participate with the Shelby County Fire Department in the processing of their turnout gear to aid in cancer prevention.

We know the peace of mind our services offer, so we like to extend help whenever they are of use in order to comfort our communities.

Their teamwork and communication from packing and storage, water mitigation, and re-construction was seamless. Working with us and understanding our emotions after subsequent sewer floods and personal losses proved to us that they were indeed a caring group of individuals (with special thanks to Elisha, John Austin, Dantè, Chris, and Amber). They had our best interests at heart throughout the process.. I was even able to take our dog to their showroom when it was time to pick out flooring and such. Any business that shows kindness toward ALL members of a family through a time of crisis will always have my respect, admiration and recommendation.
